Perspective

I have worked on both sides of the software.

My perspective was not formed only by building software.

It came from seeing what happens after software gets sold.

I have worked in customer facing SaaS environments where implementation, onboarding, support, data, payments, and product behavior collide in the real world.

That experience changed how I think about software.

A feature is not finished because the interface exists. It is finished when customers can migrate into it, employees can support it, permissions behave correctly, edge cases do not destroy the workflow, data remains trustworthy, and the system continues working as complexity increases.
